Susan Palmer, (CIC) began her insurance career in 1979 as a commercial multi-line rater and then as an underwriter for a major property & casualty insurance carrier. After moving into the independent agency side of the business, Susan joined Insurepointe of Texas, Inc. in 1982 as a Commercial Lines Service Representative. Several years later, she was promoted to Operations Manager of the agency and coordinated all aspects of developing internal systems and office automation. Susan’s responsibilities include the management of the Commercial Lines Department and she also assists in the marketing of larger, more complex accounts. Her ‘general manager’ duties include assisting upper management with personnel and office management decisions.
