Karen is Commercial Support at Insurepointe of Texas, Inc. to backup the commercial account analysts. Her responsibilities include requesting and processing endorsements, checking policies for accuracy, and distributing policy documents to our insureds.
She began her professional career in 1975 doing personal lines insurance, where she serviced customers for 20 years. In 1995 she made the leap to commercial insurance. After after serving as an account analyst in commercial lines for 21 years, in 2016 she decided to change to commercial lines support.
Karen has lived her entire life in Houston Texas and now resides in Tomball, Texas with her rescue beagle where she oversees the widows group at Woodlands Church Northpointe. Karen always enjoys spending time with her son and grandchildren.
