Carolyn Ruffeno began her career in 1980 with AT&T as a customer service representative in the business office and escalated to handling large commercial accounts. During her career, she has held customer service management positions at TXU Communications and GAP Engineering. She was also Director of Customer Service at En-Touch Systems for 11 years.
After many years in the communications industry, she moved to Insurepointe of Texas in 2015 as the Telemarketing Manager and now manages the Certificate Department. She has expertise in ISNetworld and Compliance Depot and she also has the ability to review extensive insurance requirements and provide certificates in a timely and efficient manner. With her extensive and high level experience in customer service, she is able to provide a superior level of service to our clients.
Carolyn lives in Katy, Texas with her husband, two sons, and two cats.
