Prior to joining Insurepointe, she served as an Account Manager at Dean & Draper, where she supported small to mid-size businesses, coordinated annual renewals, prepared marketing proposals, and guided clients through the complexities of COBRA, ERISA, and 5500 reporting requirements. Her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction earned her the trust of both producers and carrier partners alike.

Earlier in her career, Lisa gained extensive experience at Gallagher, Victory Insurance, Northwestern Mutual, UnitedHealth Group, and Humana, where she managed diverse books of business and supported clients ranging from small employers to mid-size organizations.
